Over 50 TMCC employees participated in a panel discussion on January 12, 2023, to learn more about the 2022-25 TMCC-NFA Contract from representatives of both the administrative and NFA negotiating teams. The new collective bargaining agreement was approved by the Board of Regents on November 30 and went into effect on December 16, 2022.
Participants joined both in person and via Zoom in a wide-ranging discussion that covered topics from Annual Plans to Student Support Time.
